These terms and conditions ("terms") govern your access to and use of BadassTorrents ("we" or "our") websites and services ("site" or "services") to you ("user"). By using the services, user agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

• We reserve the right to remove any torrents that compromise the security of the server, use excess bandwidth, or are otherwise malignant.
• Illegal torrents are strictly prohibited. Copyrighted material are also strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to decide appropriate torrents and can delete torrents at any time without user notification.
• Users must agree to comply with all laws which apply to their location, including copyright and trademark laws. Torrents that violate copyrights or trademarks are not allowed.
• BadassTorrents is not liable for your torrents or any lost business due to the unavailability or loss of service. We make no claims of future reliability in serving, hosting or storing your torrents.

We reserve the right to amend any or all of these terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the last modified date of this page.
